About Us
The Facilitation Agency approach to working with organisations began in the late 1990s when we were asked to provide training for criminal justice staff around fair and equal treatment of offenders.
Since then, the Facilitation Agency has gone on to design and deliver inclusion training for large and small organisations over three continents. We have worked in prison and community settings, co-creating rehabilitation programmes addressing offending behaviour, pain management, employability, lone parenting, mental and physical health.
Over the years we have met people with very different experiences and perspectives. This gives us a unique view, enabling us to share knowledge, thinking and practice from a broad range of industries, communities, disciplines and modalities.
We take an ‘ask don’t tell’ approach which invites people to take responsibility for understanding their rights and their role in changing behaviour or creating inclusive environments. We believe no-one is the sum total of any presenting behaviour(s). This core belief allows us to work with anyone, regardless of their past or present circumstances.
Our experience is that meaningful change only occurs when we work with individuals and organisations to achieve the desired outcomes. Not when we do change to people or for them.
The Facilitation Agency is a subsidiary of Claritopia Ltd. Steve Morris and Natalie Bird are co-directors of Claritopia Ltd. They are also co-founders of ADHD Clarity Now, which provides training, coaching and facilitation for adults with ADHD and people who work and live with them.
